Shipping & Delivery
Every order ships through USPS in 3-5 days to the United States only. Unfortunately, adjustments to your order can-not be made once it has been placed, please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Life of Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, incorrect addresses or mishandling by the carrier. If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded and you will need to place a new order. Include any apartment and or suite number if applicable to prevent any delay in shipping your order. All tracking confirmations will be sent via email.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping excluding weekends and holidays.

However, if you receive a flawed or damaged item, simply send us an email at hello@thelifeoflashes.com within 21 days of your purchase. Be sure to include some pictures and a brief description of the issue. We'll make it right with a hassle-free exchange—no need to return the item.
